Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Our structured programmes require a minimum commitment period to ensure meaningful health outcomes. Early cancellations are not eligible for refund.
Is this emergency medical care?
No. My-Health focuses on preventative, advisory and optimisation-based care. In an emergency, members should contact emergency services immediately.
Do you work with external providers?
Yes. We collaborate with leading laboratories and specialists. While we carefully select partners, certain services are delivered through third-party providers.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Cancellations during the initial commitment period are not permitted. After this period, members may request cancellation in accordance with the programme terms. We recommend discussing any concerns with your Wellness Companion before making changes.

How are payments handled?
Billing for paid memberships is processed on the 1st of each month. We accept multiple payment methods including card, POS and bank transfer.
In the event of a failed transaction, our system will automatically retry the payment. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain current.
Are medical professionals licensed?
Yes. All medical services are delivered by practitioners licensed by the Dubai Health Authority.
How is my health data protected?
We adhere strictly to Dubai Health Authority data protection guidelines. Members have access to a secure personal portal where they may review progress and request records.
Your medical data is handled in accordance with applicable health record regulations.
Membership Policies
Commitment & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions typically involve a minimum commitment period. During this initial period, members are generally unable to cancel their subscription. Please note that MyHealth does not issue refunds for early cancellations or for any unused services. Free members have the flexibility to upgrade to any paid tier at any time without incurring penalties.
Upgrades
Members have the option to upgrade to a higher subscription tier at any point. When you choose to upgrade, the cost adjustment will be calculated based on the difference between your current tier’s price and the new tier’s price, considering the remaining duration of your current commitment.
Payment & Billing
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, POS transactions, and bank transfers. Billing for paid subscriptions occurs on the st of each month. In the event of a failed payment, our system will automatically attempt to retry the transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains valid and up-to-date. MyHealth does not impose late fees or penalties for delayed payments.
Medical Services & Disclaimers
All medical services provided by My-Health are delivered by practitioners licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Our services are primarily focused on preventative care and advisory support; they are not intended to replace emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. Before commencing services, all members are required to complete a health questionnaire and provide accurate health information. Additionally, specific procedures and treatments may necessitate separate medical consent forms.
Data Privacy & Member Portal
My-Health is committed to protecting your health data in strict compliance with DHA data protection guidelines. For comprehensive details on our data protection practices, please refer to the DHA Data Protection Guidelines. As a member, you will have access to a personal online portal where you can review your health progress and request your records. Our data retention policies adhere to all applicable health and medical record regulations.
Service Delivery
Each My-Health member is assigned a dedicated Wellness Companion who will manage all appointment scheduling and coordination. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to missed appointments, and we maintain flexibility in such situations, ensuring members are not penalized. Our services are highly personalized and may be adjusted based on your individual progress and the recommendations of your physician.
Third-Party Providers
My-Health collaborates with external partners, such as laboratories, imaging centers, and specialists, to offer a comprehensive range of services. While we carefully select our partners, My-Health cannot be held liable for any delays, errors, or issues that may arise from these third-party providers. We encourage members to report any concerns directly to My-Health for assistance and resolution.
Membership Termination
My-Health reserves the right to terminate a membership under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: persistent payment failures after automatic retry attempts, violation or abuse of our terms of service, or engaging in misconduct. In such cases, MyHealth will provide advance written notice before termination. Access to services will be revoked immediately upon the expiration of the notice period.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the UAE.
Amendments
My-Health may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of our services after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify members of any significant changes via email.
